Nanaimo Dry Grad ( Friday 24 June)

Nanaimo Dry Grad is in urgent need of many, many more volunteers. It takes over 200 volunteers to make NDG a success for the grad students. We are not quite half way to our goal.

Also, we require some specific volunteers that some of you might be interested in.

  • Security needs 8-12 men to put up fence on Thursday 23 June and take down Saturday AM. Plus, security needs more volunteers for the 12:00 to 5 am shift on the night of the event.
  • Laser tag needs 5 men between 8:30-12 (early morning) on Friday 24 June to assist with setting up a laser tag. There will be someone on site directing.
  • Entertainment requires 3-4 more clairvoyants for the 12-4 AM shift (absolutely no experience required or expected). This is always a popular event with the kids. One of our Chairs will be running a boot camp on 11 May 7 pm. If interested please call Tracey 250-758-3324.
  • Entertainment also requires Spa Room specific volunteers (some minimal experience required).
  • Entertainment requires tons and tons of volunteers to run all the events for the kids.
