Eco Club meets today at lunch in Room D1-12 and paper recycling after school.
The Junior Dance team meets today at lunch in the dance room.

Jr. Performing Arts
The performing arts academy’s Jr. class will be performing the Alibis tonight and tomorrow night. Tickets are $10 each and they can be purchased at the office or at the door.
Cafeteria
Today’s soup is the lentil soup for $3.50, the short order is the loaded potato skins with sour cream and salsa for $5.00, with fries for $7.50. The entrée is the chicken curry served with samosa, rice and naan bread for $7.50.
The sandwich of the week is the turkey club for $5.00. Add a soup, salad or fries to your sandwich for $2.50.
*Tomorrow the cafeteria will be closed. Please come and buy some pizza in the atrium and help support the Dover Track and Field team as they prepare for the Provincial Championships.

Grad Tickets/Fees
The Grad Tickets will be ready for pick up starting next Monday, June 5th. Grade 12 graduating students may come to the atrium before school, during lunch or after school to pick up three tickets each. At that time you can also be put on a list to request extra tickets (if required). Please note these extra tickets are Not Guaranteed.
Grade 12 Grad Fees are due tomorrow. Be sure to get your grad fees in as any students with outstanding fees will not be able to pick up their Grad Tickets.

The two winners meet next Tuesday in the FINALS! BEST OF LUCK to everyone!

The Future Health Professionals Club meet at lunch in room D110.
Congratulations to our Dover Bay Robotics Team for a strong showing at the Skills Canada Nationals Competition in Winnipeg. Marina and Xiaoriu, representing Team BC finished 5-4 overall in round robin play and had two close tournament games against New Brunswick and Alberta, losing 8-6 and 19-17. Marina and Xiaoriu defeated Team Ontario in round robin play. Team Ontario later on won the Nationals against Sasketchewan and New Brunswick coming third.
Thank you to all the members of our team and please come and see Mr. Spillman in room E104 at lunch for an inventory clean up announcement.

Girls Group will run today at 12:40-1:50 p.m. in C106.
Eco Club will be holding a multimedia competition during the month of May. This year, the theme is “Nature Through Your Lens”.
The competition will have two categories, photography and art. All submissions should include your name, grade, and a short description on how the submission fits the theme. Students are able to submit either a single photo or an album of 3 to 5 photos for the photography category.
The winners of the competition will win either a drawing tablet for the art category, or a polaroid camera for the photography category. Send in submissions by May 31st for a chance to win. Submissions and questions can be sent to dbs.ecoclub@gmail.com

Good luck to the Ultimate team at the BC High School Ultimate Championships this weekend! They enter the 32-team draw as a 3rd seed in their bracket, and will play AR MacNeill in their first game tomorrow. Go Dolphins!

The deadline for submitting service hours for this school year is Wednesday, May 31st. Any service hours after that will need to be submitted next year. Please use the google form for submitting your hours and get them in by the 31st.

Attention all Grade 11 & 12’s – looking for an interesting way to end your school year?
There will be a glow in the dark, Rainbow Masquerade happening on June 22nd for queer youth and their allies, at the Woodlands’ gym from 6 – 10 p.m.
This event will have a DJ, free glow paint, masks and photobooth available. Tickets will be sold at your office or online at eventbrite.ca for $5.00. For more details see the posters around the school.
